Q1. Sizes
A. We can’t answer the sizing questions. Japan size is smaller than international. All measurements on the size chart are approximate. Please note in advance that the actual dimensions of the product may slightly vary.

Q2. Item Stock
A. Depending on the timing of your order, we may not have the item in stock, especially for 2024 season jerseys. If the item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we might cancel the order or offer you a substitute.

Q3. How to order a jersey with name and number
A. Please order 2024 jersey and name set together. Then type the player’s name you want on “Order notes” when you checkout. You can’t order only the name set or old season’s name and numbers.

Q4. How about custom name and number ?
A. We don’t accept custom name and numbers or former players. You must choose from a active player of 2024 season.

Q5. Are you selling authentic J-league jerseys ?
A. Yes, we are. All of our J-league and Japan jerseys are 100% authentic from official shops of each team. Our authentic means the items are genuine, not imitation.

Q6. Are you selling replica or player issue ?
A. With containing the word “Player” in the item title, it is player issue. Others are basically replica jersey, which is officially made for fans to wear off-field.

Q7. Is the price only in Japanese Yen ?
A. Yes, it is. Please check exchange rate and calculate the price of your currency by yourself before placing an order.

Q8. Can you sell only the name and number set ?
A. Unfortunately, we can’t. You must order the new season jersey and name set together.

Q9. Bulk Discounts
A. Unfortunately, We don’t offer bulk discounts.

Q10. Can you get an item which isn’t listed on your website ?
A. Yes, we can. Our service fee is 4,000 – 6,000yen on each order. We also charge you international shipping fee.

Q11. What is the payment way ?
A. Credit Card or Apple Pay through Stripe. We don’t accept Paypal payment.

Q12. When will my credit card be charged ?
A. Your credit card will be charged when you place an order.

Q13. Where will my credit card information be stored?
A. Your credit card information will be stored on Stripe. Our store doesn’t keep it.

Q14. Do you provide international shipping?
A. Yes, we do. Basically the package is shipped by FedEx or Japan Post. The package sent by EMS or Air Mail can be traced on the official Web site of overseas post offices. Please access the link page of Japan Post.

Q16. I’m traveling in Japan now. Can you deliver the item to my hotel or temporal address ?
A. It depends on the item stock. Could you let me know how long you are going to stay there ? We will let you know if it’s possible.

Q17. Shipping Time and Tracking
A. Please check the shipping time on each item page. If you order multiple items, we will ship all of them together after the last one arrives. Your shipping confirmation email will provide an tracking numbers.

Q18. Import duties, VAT, other taxes and charges
A. They are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the price. Please check with your country’s customs office how much they will be prior to buying.

Q19. What if I refuse to pay Import duties, VAT, other taxes and charges ? Could you refund me after the package is returned ?
A. That’s not acceptable. If you do it, we don’t refund any money.

Q20. Will you ship the package as a gift ?
A. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Q21. Return and exchange.
A. All sales are final. We can’t accept returns and exchange the items.

Q22. Cancel.
A. You can cancel your order before shipping is done and within 1 hour of your payment. After 1 hour pass, we can’t take the cancellation, change the items and sizes.

Q23. My package was stolen after FedEx dropped it off at the front door. Will you send replacements or refunds ?
A. FedEx and we don’t take responsibility for stolen packages once dropped off. We recommend that you contact FedEx to hold a package and pick it up at FedEx Office near your place.

Q24. May package was returned to Japan because I was not able to receive it. Can you resend it ?
A. Yes, we can. But we need another shipping fee for resending.

Q25. Do you have a store in Osaka ?
A. Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical store. Only online service is available.

Q26. Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
A. If you haven’t received an email, it could be marked as spam. Some email providers often mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add to your safe list.
